We’ve got a big family – four children and two adults, plus lots of visitors.  It means that when we replaced all of the sofas and suites, we needed to ensure that we’d bought several sofas that fit with our needs, could fit in the room that we wanted to put them in and ensure that we’d worked with the needs of the house to make our room perfect.

Sofa choices for us

Six people in the house means two sets of three sofas or a corner sofa with six seats, minimum, so we had to ensure that the sofa sets that we chose would fit together without creating problems for our house.  It was imperative to us to ensure that the kids liked them, but also, that they could be cared for, because cleaning up after toddlers is one of the most difficult things about caring for any sofa – cleaning covers and other parts can be difficult, unless they’re removable, so that was one of the areas that we looked at as a critical choice.  Once we’d examined that, we looked into other things, such as price, and how long it would take to deliver the units, ensuring that we’d been given a good timeframe deal – otherwise we’d have to look elsewhere.  All in all, we got all those criteria down to a perfect point and bought the perfect sofa.
